- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This by far was the worst experience I have ever received. The customer service is horrible. My son needed an MRI for a football injury and I left several messages just trying to get him scheduled to take one. The only person that apparently does the scheduling Mrs. Willie May. Did not return any of my voice mails or phone calls. She never even called me back even a week plus after my son's otho appointment. That type of customer service is just plain unprofessional.
