  I have just learned that my daughter did not like her last 3 visits. The last young lady who actually worked on her mouth was very rude and uncaring. This is not the service I'm used to. My son was a patient here years ago and customer service awesome but I guess, just as with anything else, things change. #Lookingforaneworthodontic

  I came here a year ago to fix my lingual wire retainer, the assistant was very sloppy and not well educated. I had to come back the very next day for her to fix it again. I hadn't had high hopes after I left, but I paid them. Now the glue crumbled off where she had ''fixed'' it. Horrible job, I am not coming back here. I wish I could get my money back, and get it done somewhere else. How she did it: she put ultra-etch on, differenly did NOT wait 20-30 seconds, before she removes it. Literally 1 second on my tooth and she flushed it away. Then she started to prepare the tooth, did not wait for the material to do its job, put the light on it for 3 seconds. You are suppose to keep the light on for 60 seconds! Then she packs on a THICK layer of glue, uses light 60 seconds. You should build up the glue layer by layer, so it dries all hardend. So the aftermath of all this. The glue is CRUMBLING off, thanks a lot! Even left me with all that dust in my mouth, shouldn't you flush it away too? Go get your team educated.
